Returns & Exchanges
Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt. Shoes must be sent back in unaltered condition and in original packaging. Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of receipt, shipping does not count towards the 14 days.
As a small company, return shipping rates are not calculated in our pricing; therefore customers are expected to pay their own return shipping costs. We do not offer free returns at this stage.
If you would like to exchange a size or color/style, please return the shoes that did not fit and place a new order. If you require any assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

Shipping & delivery
Your items will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery.
Germany: 1–3 days
European Union: 3–5 days
Europe (Non-EU): 3–10 days
United Kingdom: 3–5 days
United States: 5–10 days
Canada, Japan & Australia: 7–15 days
Rest of the world: 7–15 days
Please note that we currently do not ship to Russia, UAE and South Africa.
Are the ballet flats suitable for wide feet?
The shoes are standard width. For slightly wider feet they will work well as the leather shapes around the feet with wear. This can take some time. We also recommend sizing up for wider feet.
You can send us a message with the width of your feet and we will check whether the ballet flats are likely to fit. For this we recommend measuring the foot as it rests flat on the floor; this is especially important if you have high arches or flat feet.
What if an item is out of stock?
We continuously create new and existing styles. Sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the page of the relevant listing or follow us on Instagram or Pinterest for new arrivals and back-in-stock posts. A production cycle takes 4–5 weeks and our bestsellers are typically back in stock within this timeframe.

Do you stock children’s sizes?
We do not provide these at the moment, but do check back as this is a work in progress.
Due to the vast color variances in every monitor and mobile device, we cannot guarantee the color will be an exact match to what you see online.
Canceling an order
Please note that canceling an order is only possible before our logistics team has started processing your order. If you need to cancel your order, email us immediately and we will contact our logistics team to see if they can accommodate this request.
